I love this computer. I had a bad experience buying an older version of this ASUS All in one. I believe it was the B41C through B&H Photo. I had to send it back because it made a lot of noise. They refunded it to me but told me they didn't have any in stock. So I looked in Amazon and found this. It's a great product and I've had it 3 weeks so far. It took 20 minutes to install and update everything. It comes with Wndows 7 preinstalled. Touch screen works perfect. I like the fact it has hdmi in and out so i can watch movies directly in my tv. It has everything you need. plenty of usb, wifi, hdmi, memory capacity, etc.
I strongly recommend it. And honestly, I haven't found yet a downside.

The computer works fine and is really nice to have as an auxiliary computer that I use in the morning before going to my downstairs office. I used the upgrade time from Windows to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro for $14.95. That was a definite plus. The only issue that I have with the unit is that the front bezel on the monitor sticks out about 0.25 inches. It is a dust collector and also keeps you from swiping the screen from left to right and top to bottom, etc. without sticking your finger tip into the side of the bezel. It often takes several swipes before you connect properly to the screen. I have a 27 inch Acer touch screen monitor that is flush on the front and swiping is a breeze. Perhaps it is because this is the older style and therefore priced less, but they lost a star because of the design. I can hook the Acer up to a laptop and put the laptop behind or off to the side and then use the monitor better than the all-in-one. Of course the Acer monitor cost as much as the Asus all-in-one touch. This is an Asus touch, be very careful when you go to buy one of these that it is the actual touch ET2411IUTI model. The other models are ET2411XXXX models and do not have touch screens.
