This was an excellent buy. This refurb was like buying a brand new computer and it has worked perfectly since we bought it. I would recommend this business to anyone interested in getting a not brand new computer that works like brand new!

The DVD drawer on my desktop would not open when I received it. The seller is rather bad about getting back to you by phone and it is hard to get someone to answer the customer service line, but once I reached someone, they had my computer picked up and as long as they have fixed the problem (it's supposed to arrive tomorrow) everything else works fine. Good computer for the price. Since I didn't have the computer, I wasn't able to write a review within 14 days to increase my warranty to 120 days, but the girl from customer service says she will allow an exception since I had problems. I'll keep you posted as to whether this actually happens.

The computer came very quickly and worked perfectly right out of box shipment would recommend to anyone needing an inexpensive computer
