The eject button for dvd drive and the hardware volume control buttons did not work. Returned day after receiving it. I did see another review for the 27 inch version also had same problem.
Update: The replacement Asus I received works great and I'm very happy with it.

Zero problems. Works beautifully. No noticeable noise (you hear it if you stop to listen for it carefully, but that's all). Very nice design in terms of where the various outlets are on the case. Not too much in the way of pre-installed software that I really didn't want. Boots up really fast. Good sound quality on the built-in speakers. The display is crisp and clear - and a beautiful change after spending the past 10 years on a 19-inch CRT.
I'm using this as a gaming machine for several games that came out in the past couple years, I've been able to set graphics settings on everything to maximum with no problems.
I bought this after good experiences with Asus' EeePC netbooks, and am very glad I did. I should also mention that the one time I had a problem with an EeePC, Asus support was genuinely helpful.

I received my new AIO (ASUS ET2701 ET2701INKI-B030C 27-Inch) yesterday and last night was my first experience with it. Today I'm rating it 5-stars. The shipping was fast and the package had only minor damage. After unplugging and moving my old PC out of the way the hook-up only took me about 15 minutes. I glanced over the quick guide setup leaflet and turned it on. The PC booted quickly and then it went through about 10 minutes of updates. No biggie. The PC is very quite. I really can't hear it at all. I uninstalled the Trend brand anti virus software and downloaded ZoneAlarm. I've used it for years and I like it. The desktop has probably about 10 icons for various pre-installed programs. I haven't really messed with them but will probably delete the shortcuts or uninstall some of the programs. The appearance of the monitor/screen is very very good. I haven't changed any of the settings yet. I also haven't connected the included sub woofer or tried the blue ray player. I didn't realize it has a built-in camera either. The keyboard and mouse are so so. I don't care much for the keyboard size or the mouse size. They both worked fine. I just would prefer a Logitech of some flavor. Over all I think the computer is very attractive. As good as the iMac in my opinion. And for my eyes... the 27" screen is stunning. All said, the PC looks good, the setup was a snap and it seems speedy and quite. I'm glad I bought it. I'll try and post a follow up in a few weeks.
